Purpose and Scope

This Self-Exclusion Policy (the Policy) governs A7777's processes for issuing a self-exclusion to a registered player. It applies to all products and services offered by A7777 and to any accounts linked to the player under the definitions set out below.

Definitions

  • Self-Exclusion: A formal, time-bound or permanent cessation of gambling activity across all A7777 products and services.
  • Linked Accounts: Accounts or profiles that are connected by household, shared devices, registered email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or other environments where multiple users access A7777.
  • Exclusion Period: The duration of a Self-Exclusion, measuring the time from acceptance to expiry of the selected period.

Exclusion Options and Periods

A7777 offers the following self-exclusion periods, subject to confirmation by the operator:

  • 6 months
  • 9 months
  • 1 year
  • 5 years

If no exclusion period is specified in the request, the default period shall be 6 months.

Activation and Effects

To initiate self-exclusion, the player must contact A7777's Customer Support using the registered email address on the account and clearly indicate the decision to stop gambling for the chosen period or indefinitely. Upon acceptance, the Account and all Linked Accounts will be disabled immediately. The player will be excluded from all promotional offers for the duration of the period. Deposits and withdrawals are blocked for the entirety of the exclusion period, and attempts to place bets will be rejected by system controls.

Identity Verification and Data Handling

A7777 reserves the right to verify the player's identity prior to processing a self-exclusion request. Personal data collected for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with A7777's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Reinstatement and Reactivation

At expiry, the self-exclusion terminates automatically unless renewed. If the player wishes to regain access before expiry, they may submit a written request to A7777 Support; the operator may reinstate access at its sole discretion prior to the expiry date.

Impact on Accounts and Obligations

During the self-exclusion period, no deposits or withdrawals may be processed. Any outstanding obligations, including bonuses or winnings related to active promotions, are subject to the applicable terms. Reactivation is contingent on successful identity verification and settlement of any ongoing matters as required by A7777's Terms and Conditions.
